Our Community Centre features a heated indoor swimming pool, hair salon, library, computer facilities, professional suites for doctors, physiotherapists and podiatrists who visit to take care of your entertainment, relaxation and health.

Pinnacle Living is a Melbourne based, family owned company run by a team of property design, development and management experts. We started in 2004 with Tudor Village Lilydale, and followed in 2008 with Yarrbat Place Balwyn and Bellarine Springs in 2014.

Tudor Village offers self-contained and independent living homes. The Village currently has many styles of homes, ranging from 77 m2 to 165 m2 in size. Homes in Tudor Village Lilydale are designed to have elements picking up on the Tudor style of architecture, whilst maintaining a mixed and varied type of appearance to enhance individuality of units.
Tudor Village Lilydale is for independently capable people over 55 or those who are retired from full time employment, and their partners. You will live in a community of likeminded people who look for an easy, relaxing lifestyle that’s full of variety, warm friendships and peace of mind.
If you would like some extra help with looking after your home we can guide you about the type of services and facilities or options that may be available through the Council or other Health and Aged Care providers.
All residents at all times have access to Tudor Village’s own bus, offering a regular scheduled service for shopping, social and cultural outings, and transport to health services. Plus there is a public bus stop at the front of the village, and we are only minutes away from the Lilydale train station if you want to travel into the city.
Yes, pets are welcome at Tudor Village Lilydale as long as they won’t be a nuisance to other residents. Our policy requires that dogs be kept on a leash throughout the Village and that cats are contained within your home or backyard.
Sorry, but renting or sharing your home is not allowed (for example holiday exchanges).
Your guests are always welcome at Tudor Village Lilydale and can share in enjoying the facilities and activities with you while in the Village.

Your health and well-being is our main priority and we offer the following services in our Community Centre:

  • Visiting Doctors
  • Hairdressing
  • Podiatry/foot massage

You can also choose to visit one of the medical clinics and doctors in the area.
